Spanish Association for Corpus Linguistics

The Spanish Association for Corpus Linguistics is a national association founded at the University of Murcia in 2008 by a group of university lecturers and teachers aiming at promoting studies and research in the field of Corpus Linguistics. Corpus-based research examines authentic language as opposed to constructed or invented samples as the main source for analysis. Computers and statistical inferences are necessary tools for arriving at reliable conclusions.
